MAISONLIFT

Maisonlift is the ideal solution for single-family homes because this type of elevator can be installed in shafts with reduced endings.

It stands out as it can be installed in a shaft with a minimum pit depth of just 0.25m and/or a minimum headroom of 2.45m, which makes it one of a kind.

Where no provision has been made for the construction of a shaft, a metallic or aluminum shaft is provided, which is custom designed and manufactured. A solution can also be provided even where no provision has been made for a specific machine room space or where it is necessary to save space in communal areas, as the driving mechanism and the lift controller can be installed in a custom-made metallic cabinet, instead of a machine room.

These elevators have a type-examination certificate and are manufactured in accordance with EU Directive 95/16/EC and standard ΕΝ81-21.
